Quick start

How to join

1. Start Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.11.
2. Multiplayer → Add Server → address play.nexus-mc.org.
3. You arrive in the Lobby. Language: the server uses your client language; change it any time with /language.

Your first minute in the lobby

1. Claim your daily reward: /rewards or the rewards NPC. Do it every day – the streak raises the Shards (see Daily rewards).
2. Vote on all 8 sites (/vote or website) – each vote gives Shards and 200 Season Pass XP.
3. Open /quests – you have 3 daily and 3 weekly quests that run on every server.
4. Optional: /link your Discord for 300 Shards + 300 XP.
5. Pick a mode with the compass (/navigator).

Your first hour in Survival

Survival has no classic spawn. You wake up in a floating chamber, a narrator introduces the world and you choose a path. You then start at a random spot in the wild, 300–2,500 blocks from the centre, with 500 NC cash and a base kit (16 bread, stone pickaxe, stone axe, 16 torches) plus your path kit.

1. Choose a path that fits you (paths). Trader gives +1,000 NC immediately.
2. Gather basic resources and check prices with /market – you can sell almost anything you farm or mine.
3. Put spare cash into the bank: /bank deposit all – 1% interest per day.
4. Find friends and form a group with /party invite <player> – up to +40% money and XP.
5. Join or found a city (/city) so your builds are protected – outside cities nothing is protected.
6. Accept the story quest /quest "The Lost Convoy" once you can fight a few Pillagers.

Your first BedWars game

Pick a team with the wool in the waiting lobby (2 players per team, 4 teams). Buy wool and a stone sword first, protect your bed, then go for diamonds to buy team upgrades. Full guide: BedWars basics.
