Which Minecraft version do I need?
Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.11. Address: play.nexus-mc.org
Can I play with Bedrock or a cracked account?
No. NEXUS is Java Edition only and needs a genuine Minecraft account.
Is NEXUS pay-to-win?
No. The store only sells cosmetics, ranks with cosmetic perks, Shards for cosmetics and the Season Pass premium track (cosmetics and Shards). Nothing gives items, money or combat advantages.
What is the difference between NC and Shards?
NC is the Survival money (market, companies, cities). Shards are the network currency for cosmetics. They cannot be exchanged. More
Is there English and German?
Yes. The server follows your client language; switch with /language. This website follows your browser language – use the EN/DE button to switch.
Is my base protected in Survival?
Only inside a city claim. Found a city (2,500 NC) or join one. Cities guide
Do I lose my money when I die?
No, NC are never dropped. Your items are, unless you are in the dungeon.
My vote reward did not arrive.
Make sure you entered your exact Minecraft name on the vote site. If you were offline, the reward is credited the next time you join. Still missing after that? Contact the team on Discord.
When do daily rewards and quests reset?
At midnight German time (Europe/Berlin). Weekly quests reset on Monday.
Is the Warzone a separate server?
No, it is a separate PvP world on the Survival server, open to clan members via /warzone.
How do I report a player or a bug?
Contact a team member in-game or open a ticket on our Discord.
I bought something but did not receive it.
Store purchases are delivered automatically, usually within a few minutes. Some items require you to be online. If it does not arrive, contact us with your transaction ID.
